I just thought I'd put it out there that I was thinking of offering 1 public breeding (or foal if you do not have your own stallion) to my personal project horse which is a Thoroughbred.

I am training her in honor of my personal horse Faith. I do not have a set goal as of right now but I'm thinking around 10 million points. I was hoping someone who already breeds Thoroughbreds would be interested in adding her to their lines but I wouldn't exclude anyone who may be interested in starting the breed.

Starting bid will be $100,000,000 for the foal regardless if you use my stallion or your own. The stud I have for her has a goal of 2 million points.

I do breed tb's on my lr16 acct

If I breed her at 17 for the public foal I'm thinking it'll be right around September 23rd. I'd have to check exactly by looking at a calendar but she retires on October 21.

my foal will only be 7 on 9-23 but if I run 2 lines guess that would be ok :) Im interested :)

Hey guys! I thought I would post an update and see if there is any interest still or maybe even more interest now than when I originally posted.

My project Thoroughbred mare, Believe In You, is on track to hit 10 million points or more, currently she is 16 years old with 9.2 million points and I will continue to enter her into private shows and ticket train until her final breeding.

This horse is a project that is a tribute to my real life horse, Faith, but it seems silly for me to put this much work into something and not be able to share it.

I am going to see what interest there is in a foal from her from my personal stallions (and this is no exceptions, they stud must be mine). I have the following boys that are available:

I'm not entirely sure what the foal would be born with points wise, I would guess at least 500k possibly more. I'm sure someone on here could do the math though.

even more temptation is the fact there is a TON of awesome tbs in HA that could easily be retirement bred ;)

Also the foal point formula is as follows: (mothers points x .04) (Fathers points x .03) = baby points 

If you were to breed them right now it would look something like this:

9404110 x .04 = 376,164.4

3276020 x .03 = 98,280.6 (I hope this is the right stallion, I guessed haha)

376,164 98,280 = 474,444

But now you have the formula for when it's actually closer to time if you're interested in really figuring out what you're going to get! :)

I've decided what I'll do is pay for the 1% point increase twin breeding and then offer one of the foals for sale. That way if people are interested they can bid, if there's no interest then I'll just have the extra deleted.

It's looking like she may reach 11 million by the time all is said and done.
