Thought I'd start a new post where we can share our dogs pictures & a fact/story about them! I would absolutely love to see each and everyone's four legged family members (dogs make me super happy!) |

Meet Taco.. my whole entire world. Fact: he absolutely adores everyone he meets and has so much love to give. Hence, along side my line of work, we share his love to those in need. He undertook and passed with flying colours, his pet therapy award so he can visit hospitals, schools for additional needs and elderly homes. I'm such a proud mumma when I see other people enjoying him.

https://i.imgur.com/9X1E9b8.jpg This is my sweet boy, Jax! (my namesake) I adopted him about 7 months ago. In the words of Chris Traeger: he's a mutt. Half amazing, half terrific. His ear is permanently floppy like that, and it's adorable. His favorite activities include napping, chewing on beef knuckles (yuck), and backpacking with me! Sub--Taco is SO precious!! |

Sam is a white GSD, 12 years old this year (he's an April Fool puppy) and I first took him on at 3yrs old because he growled at my parents. He hasn't never shown us aggression at all but we gave him boundaries from day one. I let him off lead once when I looked after him for my mum and it took until he was 6yrs for me to do it again. (He ran away). He now comes with me to the ponies and runs round their fields, runs around the park near a busy road and we go on pack walks to the beach and forest and he is exemplary off lead. He has a touch of arthritis but loves to chase a ball. Tia is black/tan GSD X, 5 years old and I got her as a puppy (an oops litter from my parents). She is goofy and still acts like a puppy. She loves cuddling with (squashing) me on the sofa as we have a nap together. She is happiest when she's with us - it doesn't matter what we're doing as long as she is a part of it. She loves to go on walks but is a little wary of bouncier dogs but once she gets to know them on a one-to-one it's playtime! The only time she ever growls and her hackles go up is when she's playing. Tia's dad is pure GSD but her grandparents have GSD, Siberian Husky and Bernese Mountain Dog in them. The third image above is Tia's dad Kenzo, her sister Tank and her mum Schnook. |

(Yes the cat is laying on him) This is Luke. He is our 11 yr old Border Collie. He is the best darned dog. Loves anyone and everything, and is the most laid back, chill BC I have ever met. The only time he becomes"BC narotic" is when there is a toy involved. |

My beautiful lady Lua - loves hikes and just being a ham in general. Absoultey my partner in crime, couldnt imagine my life without her.
Also, very excited to say that i am amidst adopting this dog from the rescue i work for! Harrison is a super awesome pup that ive had the pleasure of being able to train (especially through some of his more difficult behavior). After the past year of knowing him, i think its finally time for us to take him home! He's never lived in a home previously in his entire 5 years on this earth. I cannot wait to finally show him the luxurys of living with a family.

Meet Winston! We don't know a ton about Winston's history, but I'll give you guys everything I know. Winston (formerly Elton), was found as a stray in southern Ohio. He was picked up by animal control and sent to a kill shelter (I won't name names even though I HATE them). When we first got Winston he was absolutely terried of cars. Like I brought him home from the shelter and he had diarrhea in the backseat terrified. We think he was dumped from a moving vehicle. He was pulled from the shelter and brought up to northeast Ohio to a pet rescue 2 miles down the road from my work. He sat at the new shelter for 3 months before I adopted him. After we adopted him, I ordered a Wisdom DNA test and it turns out he is 75% Treeing Walker Coonhound and 25% Beagle. I've never seen a mix like him, so I just ordered an Embark test and we're waiting for results! I recently learned that dogs from puppy mills are often tagged or tattooed, and Winston has a blue mark on his belly. I originally thought it was from getting neutered, but after some research it turns out it could be from a puppy mill. Winston is a dark brown/brindle with a docked tail, so if this is the case, I'm wondering if someone tried to pass him off as a German Shorthaired Pointer pup. Anyways, we love him and he is the best and I'm sorry this is so long! |

This is my Siberian Husky, Kaya! She loves long walks, digging holes, sniffing holes made by other critters, and has a sweet tooth. Everyone is a friend to a husky, whether human or canine. xD (Except cats or anything smaller than a cat. Then they are a snack....) https://imgur.com/a/fqfNp1Y (admiring the fine work of a gopher) |

Hi! I love seeing everyone's doggos! This is Winnie, my Great Pyrenees x Lab mix rescue! She's very calm, cute, and loves to be creative with her sleeping positions. We named her Winnie because it means "fair one, white and smooth, soft and pure," which basically describes her perfectly. My husband and I got her about 2 months ago and she is already our whole world and I'm officially ~that dog mom~ Shoot me a message if you want to hear more about my dog lol
