This is Moon "lunar showtime" by "johnnie showtime". shes a percheron x quarter horse cross and is my whole life! see we have an interesting story together, i met moon for the first time when i went back to the barn one morning. i knew a new horse was coming but horses come and go through the barn. ive working at the farm for years! When i saw this horse come off the trailer i was in love at first sight! she was so gorgeous! i met her owner, she seemed nice enough. She was a friend of my bosses i guess she was her cat vet or something. While Moon got settled in i was riding a hanoverian mare Beasley, she was a cool horse too very foreward! it was nice out so we were riding outsideand Moons owner got on her. i was horrified the way she rode her! her heels like a ballerinas spurs dug into her ribs reins so tight and she was screaming and swearing at her to move whipping her! after i saw this i wanted to try Moon out! so i asked my boss the barn owner if i could and she asked for me and let me tell you this horse is like sitting on a cloud! (when you could get her moving haha) yes you need to wear spurs but i hopped on her and she went so well for me got all nice and rounded at the trot even had a nice canter instead of taking off like i saw before. the lady seeing this wasnt happy and said she didnt want me or anyone riding her anymore. i was so sad! after a few weeks i got to ride her again because her owner barely came to the barn i was confused as to why and my boss said that she had really bad depression problems and other disorders and such so she told me i could to keep moon in work. Her owner came back for  a little while then dissapeared again and again. i felt so bad id take moon out and brush her down give her treats and occasionally hop on. Then my boss told me that moons owner wasnt going to come to the barn, had to get shock therapy so she wouldnt be here for a couple months. during those months moon gained so much muscling and looked great! best few months i had! i was told when moon left the barn that her owner got jealous that i was spending more time and actually clicked with her horse better than she did. the other ladys at the barn were infuriated that i had worked so hard to keep moon in shape for when she came back to ride her without even a word or a thank you one good friend messaged her and quite the text i got how her owner had all these issues and it was her sicknesses that made her move moon again. so that was the end of it i never heard anything about moon. apparently i heard she was kept in this damp dark barn. i was pissed honestly but i was just like what am i going to do about this? this sucks! i remember saying the day before that if moons owner were to sell her i would take her in an instant! the next day sure enough my boss got a text saying that she couldnt take care of moon anymore with these treatments soo she decided that she would give moon away to the right person! Thats how i ended up with moonie to be all mine! her old owner realized that we were really a perfect match moon is the only horse ive ever really connected with out of the million ive ridden so she just gave her to me. i literllay cried with happieness at work when i got the call! everyone thought i was crazy haha! she is the second horse ive owned and by far the best. so gentle and sweet slowly but surely getting back into shape from 6 months of time off and new shoes (her hooves were a disgusting mess as well as her barrel belly!) i wont even describe the barn that she was kept in or the people who ran it, i would have gotten arrested that day the way that idiot handeled moon to try to get her on the trailer if my friend wasnt there!  anyways now shes happily back home in her warm cozy stall eating my meazly dunkin donuts paychecks in one bite! but let me tell you best descision of my life!
