@Jaya - It's just another form of social media. You take pictures or videos and can send it to people on your friends list, or post it to your story and then everyone on your friends list can see it. You can send messages/photo's to your friends, and they get deleted ASAP so if you wanted to share something without having evidence of it you can lol. There are a ton of filters you can use for your photo's, and some are kind of funny like a baby, old man, old woman, etc.
