If I could take a road trip anywhere I would love to go to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. I think it is so beautiful. I've never been there before! Another place I'd love to visit again is the Grand Canyon.

One of the next road trips I'd really love to do is in the Pacific Northwest. I love visiting the National Parks so I'd love to hit Olympic, Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Crater Lake. I'd also love to see Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge Points on dog #121052, please! |

Broken Vow, while ice doesn't sound like the easiest to trek around in, it sure does give me such a different mental picture of the Grand Canyon!! It's always portrayed as a desert, like a dry hot crack in the Earth, but your daydream is giving a different landscape. I love it. I am currently daydreaming about roadtripping to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO. It's such a beautiful place, and is so accessible to folks of all abilities. Here's a picture of me the last time my fiancee and I traveled down to the springs: https://imgur.com/a/uxZU3Re Points on horse ID #337986 |

I have ALWAYS wanted to take a coast to coast roadtrip. Start in Vancouver, British Columbia and drive my way down to St. John's, Newfoundland. I live in Alberta and have only been as far as Saskatchewan, so it would be really fun to see my country and all the different types of scenery.
Here is a picture of Newfoundland https://www.malloryontravel.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Iain-Mallory_newfoundland-1-57.jpg and a picture of Vancouver https://dixiedelightsonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/vancouver-bc.jpg Points on horse #332991 |

I would drive north to Mackinac Island. Can't go all the way, of course, there's no cars allowed on the island, have to take a ferry to finish getting there. Half the shops on the island do homemade fudge and omg it's the best smell ever. Could really use some right now! points to dog #126406, please. |

That is the cutest place Jaya! I'd have to choose Bar Harbor, Maine. I've always wanted to visit Maine and this town is just too cute! https://www.tripsavvy.com/top-things-to-do-in-bar-harbor-maine-4584413 Points to https://horsephenomena.com/dogs.php?id=127027 Thank you! :) |

I would love to do a road trip to the New Forest, UK especially in Summer so can see the feral ponies roaming around plus there would be foals at foot. Points to: https://horsephenomena.com/horses.php?id=333024 |

@Gooseberry, Ice is never easy to tread on unless you have those grippy things that attach to your shoes! I'm forgetting what they are called. Ice doesn't bother me, just when basically the trails are steep and it's a long way to fall that does! xD It blew my mind that there was snow. Just a dusting, but still there was snow in Arizona! Haha! I guess it being in the desert it has both extremes. In the summer it's dry and super hot, winter is cold with the chance of snow! When we went back in Jan the daytime high was maybe 15F out and that's not counting what the windchill was. It was also very windy when we went so we froze, but had a ton of fun. It was also less crowded so we could enjoy just being there without a lot of people around. |

BV: Crampons? I'd love to take a trip to every U.S. state, in a big campervan. Obviously I'd have to visit Alaska and Hawai'i by plane. Alternatively, to travel from Sagres in Portugal to Khasan in Russia. Longest continual road trip it is possible to take without ferries. Or a train journey from Moscow to Vladivistok aboard the Trans-Siberian Express. Those are epic, but one that'd be even more epic would be to travel via road, rail and sea from the westernmost point of Ireland to the easternmost point of North America. I've been here once before, but I'm dying to go back to California to backpack Lake Tahoe, specifically the Desolation Wilderness area. It's some of the most beautiful backcountry camping I've ever done. I only got to spend 3 days 2 nights out there and I'd like to ideally do a week. https://i.imgur.com/9YU6yqb.jpg points here please! https://horsephenomena.com/horses.php?id=332839 |

I love this post! My boyfriend and I have set out to visit all the states, national parks, and all the state parks in our home state (Pennsylvania). So it's really hard for me to pick just one place to roadtrip to. However my current obsession is with the Florida Keys. Blue water, bridges, the wildlife, palm trees, and the beach...count me in!

If I could take a road trip to anywhere right now, I'd happily go to numerous states. I've only ever been to Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and one of the Carolinas (passing through to TN). I need to branch out more. The main thing I want at the moment is water... I am easy to please. Fort Payne, Alabama is one of them. :D
Poole's Mill Falls in Ball Ground, GA is another. I could go on and on, as I've never really been outside of my home state, but I also hate to be away from home so... XD |
