So, apparently I joined 2010-03-07. Though I don't remember this at all! The other day I had a random moment of wanting to get back into horse SIMs, and came across here (apparently again). I'm assuming I signed up and never did anything more than that. Awhile back I played Howrse, and AVH. 

Anyway! Hello! I suppose I am "new", since I actually did just start playing and getting the hang of things. I'm super excited, and adore the game already. Checked up on things as soon as I woke up! I plan on specializing in Westphalians for hopefully my entire time here. On all other SIMs I always bred Thoroughbreds, since that's what I'm familiar to in real life and always been using in SIMs. Going out on a limb here though. I also plan on hopefully soon getting into Zangershiedes. Still unsure if I'll get into dogs as well! If I do I will be more than likely getting into molosser types or ones similar to those (Canis Panthers and Dobermans would probably be my choices as of now). With that said, I was wondering if anyone had any advice as far as if it is worth it to make the other basic accounts allowed, and if so to separate what I breed to each on a separate, dedicated account? 

So about me now I suppose huh? Well I'm fairly shy, and awkward. I've been debating making an intro post since early this morning. But here I am! I am a girl, and have been riding horses for about 8 years now. I began riding western (I was a little girl with barrel racing dreams), and then when I moved barns I started up in English and haven't looked back since. My first horse that was in a way mine I leased out from his owner for about a year. He was a flea bitten grey Connemara named Skye. My first horse I actually -owned- was a chestnut Russian Arabian named Courage. He is now with a girl who loves him dearly even though he isn't rideable due to age. My current horse is a bay Thoroughbred mare, registered under the name Saratoga Gloria, but we call her Zuki! She's my precious baby and I love her dearly. I've had her since February 2012. Got her with some previous work done on her but she had been out in a pasture with at least 10 other horses for months prior to me getting her, and was beyond hot-headed those first few months of having her. Once this nasty weather here goes away we're diving straight back in to work so we can be at where we were before this winter hit hard. We're working on hunter-jumpers, and I hope to accomplish low level cross-country with her within the near future! I'm an abid Thoroughbred lover, and will most likely forever own one. I got that TB bug in me now. I'm also a bay person, and looked for months for the right bay Thoroughbred which happened to be her. c: I have a Belgian Malinois named Moose, and a Cockapoo named Sophie. As well as 5 cats (two of which we've nursed since they were babies we found abandoned in a box covered in dirt. Gotta love people with no compassion to do something like that to few week old kittens, all now have homes and are happy and healthy, two stayed with me!) I also love reading, my favorite book being House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. I also have a love for house/trap/edm music, though my favorite bands would be Purity Ring, and Mindless Self Indulgence (who I get to see next month!).

Now that I've written a copious, unnecessary amount of stuff about me I'm done. Everyone here seems pretty friendly and laid back, which is ectremely nice to see. I'm hoping to talk to yous more, and maybe make some friends and partners in the future here! I plan on staying around. ^^ 

:o I keep meaning to read House of Leaves! My boyfriend bought it a while back but we haven't sat down to actually read it. I've heard SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT.

Also. You totally want to start Rottweiler not dobermans. I'm not biased and don't have two rotties trying to occupy the same space in my lap at the same time or anything.

@Chaotic - Sit your butt down and read it. I'm peer pressuring you to read it, now. I've read it twice so far and are probably going to again over the summer! I highly suggest reading through twice either way, though. Once without reading the references given throughout it, and once while reading them. Going through it first without paying attention to references totally helped me comprehend things better. Plus, the references towards the books/etc are not even real (which I wasn't informed of until I tried looking them up honestly...) and that made me super frustrated ;_;  BUT YES GOOD THINGS. MUCH GOOD. Also, but Dobermans are colored like Rotties so close enough, right? Why not both?! I feel like we're going to get along :o
