With my new "single" status I've been eating a lot of compleats dinners.  Throw it in the microwave and 60 seconds later, BAM DINNER! LOL

Chicken noodles, self made, with chicken broth, some leek, hot pepper, 2 cloves of garlic , noodles, chickenfilet, paprika or bell pepper (red, green and yellow)  and champignons.
I just put the chickenfilet with hot pepper and 2 cloves of garlic in pieces in the wok, wok it a bit, add the champignon in slices, and then add the leek and paprika and stir, and then just cook the noodles with a chicken bioullon cube in the meanwhile. When the noodles is done just pour in everything, including the brothwater into the wok and steam it together for a moment.. when its hot  and properly cooked trough its done. For herbs i usually use some standard italian spice mix, and chicken seasoning,and you can add more water if neccesary.

Last night I had a bag of microwave popcorn for dinner.

But the night before that I had braised pork loin and it turned out great!

We're going to have French dips made with the leftover Mississippi pot roast I made yesterday, and I am also making devilled eggs because the light is good and I need to take photos for the blog, haha.

Today we are doing chipotle chicken tostadas!

Burgers with no bun, with a side salad topped with bacon and a sauce made up of sour cream, avocado mayo, and cayanne pepper (lol idk it sounded good in my head, and it actually turned out good too) - and asparagus made in butter.

Tonight's dinner was an old favorite of mine from the cupboard: Chicken Ala King with a side of steamed broccoli!

Because it's currently 3pm here, I'm just gonna tell you guys what yesterday's dinner was: Pelmeni (Russian ravioli, basically, and stuffed with meat) with sausage, cubed cheese, pickles, and mayo. I know it sounds like a weird combo, but I swear it's delicious xD

As for tonight's dinner, I have a feeling we'll end up eating out somewhere because the weather is so nice. We're gonna head to a terrasse for some drinks, too.

I had buffalo chicken dip last night! Forgot to think about dinner until it was too late to make anything or go anywhere before our movie started, haha.

I made chicken stir fry! NOMNOM! I made it spicy and it was SO GOOD OMG!

I'm going to make a smoked sausage/potatoes sheet pan dinner.
