I really hate html sometimes. Whyyyy on my current club's page (Agility Club) is all of the standard page's text/links white?? (for ex: links across top, text in the middle showing where to register horses, etc.) Like I cannot figure out how to change it so that it can actually be seen. I feel like I changed ALL of the colors in the stylesheet to black (in a frustrated rage to be honest lol) and they are still white D: *cries* So someone help. I was trying to be frugal and just use the layout generator instead of paying for a layout since I didnt plan on running the club this term, but I'm starting to think it'll be worth it to buy one just so I don't have to deal with the stress and frustration that somehow consumes me when I start trying to mess with code LOL Sorry my ranting and raving is over. P.S. If someone can make me a super cute agility layout at a decent price I will buy it to avoid all of this. |

Put !important after your hex code for ALL of your links - for example, #nav a { color: #000000!important;} |

Also, it's important to assign each area where text will be a text color, otherwise it defaults to what HP's original code dictates, which is white. I looked at the code though, it looks like everything is set to white haha anywhere it says color: #FFFFFF is going to be white EDIT: look here for my club skeleton: https://horsephenomena.com/viewpost.php?id=209365 |
