Also you can buy de-ages more then the one time you are supposed to.

I bought the double private shows. It let me make two more private horse shows (I had done one earlier in the week, so this gave me a total of 3 for the week) but then it told me I couldn't make anymore dog shows. So It gives you an additional two privates, regardless of the type, not one more horse and one more dog. If it's going to stay this way it should just be re-worded on the cash shop page.

You can buy limited editional animals but not pick the gender. So people can't use this to continue their lines, really? Wasn't that the point of adding it in?

I'm not sure if this is related to the cash shop show bug but I'm going to post it here just in case:

I am only able to make 1 public show per account. and thats without buying anything from the shop. Not 1 horse and 1 dog. 1 show period.  I made a horse show then go to make my dog show and it says I have made enough public dog shows in the past 7 days. so then I just tried to make a dog show first ( to see if it was a glitch in all dog show making), then went to make my horse show and it said I had made enough horse shows in the past 7 days. So it is only giving me the option to make 1 or the other :(

When I try and buy the double energy for the week, I'm not showing any eligble dogs even though I bought the store extra energy for four of my dogs already this week.

It's not letting me buy a gender change. No dogs show up in the drop down menu for the gender change

Also, I bought 10 HPB with a credit card (not through my paypal account) and it's not showing up yet. It says: You currently have $269,497,858 HPD, 0 HPB, and 49 HPP.

Shaenne your dogs have to be under the breeding age in order to appear on the gender change dropdown list. They also need to have not bred yet. If this fits the criteria please message me the IDs of the dogs you'd like to try with and the desired gender change for each. 

Sam may have to help you with the transactions part when she returns. We will look into why it's not crediting automatically however

Shlee which animals did you buy energy for and can you provide the IDs for each?

thank you for all the reports everyone - keep on reporting any bugs you find so I can correct them. If any relate to your animals please provide the ID numbers of the animal and which species it is (dog/horse). This helps quite a bit!

What are the HPP for? 

HP Points (HPP) are your achievements and referral points. You WILL be able to buy cash shop items with them, but I don't think that feature has been implemented yet :)

The bug preventing you from creating the right amount of shows has been corrected!

I bought permanent extra energy for horse #220756. She already had 10 extra shows from the regular store (so before I bought it from the cash shop her energy showed 90 of 90). After buying it from the cash shop, energy is still a max of 90.

I believe stuff needs to be re worded....like de ages...."cannot be used horse/dog has been previously de aged" right now the way it is, you assume it means you can technically use 1, 2y and 1, 1yr...if i were new, id think that....

It's still not showing the gender change thing properly. The dog I originally wanted to gender change is retired, BUT I have a lot of breeding-aged, unbred dogs on this account and it's not giving my any options in the dog drop down menu. I'm not sure about horses because I don't breed them.

2 years old, unbred, fed for years, vetted and groomed, he should be ok for a gender change

^ re: shae's post, no horses show up for me under the gender switch box, but all of mine are of breeding age, vetted etc. and have no offspring

no animals show up for me in the gender change category, either, shae.

the double extra energy is working now for me... maybe it just wasn't recognizing that i had already bought the store energy before the cash shop was released or something?

If you don't instantly get your HPB, don't panic. We will credit you, just give us time. Sam is the only one with access to the PayPal so I can't confirm any of your transactions and verify you've paid. Once she returns on Friday she'll give me the okay to recredit you guys. I also can't really fix the bug without her returning as again I don't have access to the PayPal account.

@Shlee Yes, you have to buy the energy again. Sorry about that.

Gender Change and deage issues haven't been corrected. I'll be working on it now and let you know once it's been corrected. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are trying to select an animal and it won't appear in the drop down list, PLEASE PROVIDE THE ANIMAL ID SO I CAN INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE PROPERLY. (not yelling, just trying to make it clearer :3)

@Shae, @Uni, @Shlee The reason why the animals aren't showing for the gender switch is because they actually have to be under breeding age. I'll bring this up with Sam since this was provided in the instructions she gave me. It could very well be a mistake.

Still looking into the deaging portion and the permanent energy.

Double tickets item has been disabled until I can reach Sam.

You can also retire your animal again.
