For the life of me, I cannot figure this out! When I save my profile the nav is placed perfect, even when I refresh or go to another page and come back it's perfect. Once I log out and check on the page from another account it's all wonky.

I copied your coding onto one of my spares to investigate and I believe I discovered the issue.

Under your CSS for ul#nav li a, I noticed the following issue.

text-align: center;;

You have two semicolons after this property instead of just one. Once I adjusted this to one semicolon, the coding was consistent regardless of which account I was viewing from. Unfortunately, the way outside accounts were viewing it seems to be the correct point of view, but once you update the position again to its proper placement it should stay the same for everyone who views it. (:
