I don't know what made me think of it, but I ended up thinking about Sea Monkeys today! Something I always wanted as a child but never actually managed to get. SO I impulse brought a little tank/starter kit this morning without fully doing my research *facepalm* lol. So naturally, I did my research AFTER the impulse buy and realised I would need an air pump thing. Sooo I went and brought myself a second tank that actually came with /everything/ I needed. Silly silly me lol. Fingers crossed I manage to keep the little suckers alive! Sounds easy enough right? As an aside, has anyone had them and kept them successfully? I hear they can actually last more than a year if well looked after?

I also impulse buy fast food. Terrible habit, but to my defense, I buy much healthier fast food than I would be able to keep in my house seeing as it's just me here and fresh food goes off very quickly. 

I now have the Sea Monkeys, but because I did even further research, I realised I would need a light and heater too. So waiting for those to arrive and then I can set it all up lol.

Been naughty and did another "impulse" buy brought on because I wanted to also do a terrarium. In my travels i'd accidentally come across a snail habitat... but I still wanted to do a kind of terrarium thing. Now I am also getting a bunch of garden snails to look after lolol.

That's so cool! If you're after inspiration, SerpaDesigns on YouTube has some incredible builds. A heap of complex designs, but also simple ones for small invertebrates. He recently did a micro aquatic snail build that blew my mind. His work has been the inspiration behind a few of my tarantula terrariums, plus one for my giant panda snail.

Inverts are the coolest, have fun!

Unfortunately neither the sea monkeys or snails lasted very long, so never doing them again :( Going for a non animal now lol. Just started collecting scarves hahaha.

I just bought a balance bike for my oldest because he's been struggling with learning to ride a bike for so long. 

My impulse buy lately has been junk food and candy :(
