Quicksilver . It's ... ok.Β

I like it 100% better than fourth wing, Acotar and the vast majority of mainline hyped books.Β

I'll probably read the next book in the series(unlike the others listed) but tentatively... if it goes the way I think it's going (and likely is πŸ₯²) it'll be the last of the series I readΒ

I'm about 60% finished with Dear Reader by Tate James. Then off to the next! I've read 14 books so far this year - trying to keep it upΒ

The Devils, by Joe Abercrombie

Very different to his First Law books but just as dark, funny, and brilliantly written.Β

Virtual Light by William Gibson
Brutal Sci-Fi dystopian fiction, absolutely brilliant. His style of writing is gritty, straight to the point, and darkly comical.
Did not expect to like it, but can't put it down. The second one in the series, Idoru, will be the focus of my uni assignment, so eager to read that next.Β

I have been in SUCH a book slump for the past few months with work stressors and spring semester was awful. My brain could not focus on my favorite hobby. However, one of my friends gave me an "easy read" and ironically

How I'll Kill You by Ren DeStefano is absolutely wonderful xD
