2.00am to 16:00pm Would be fine by me. Anything else would be later than 11pm my time, and I'll most likely be in bed by then.

As for the time etc, I feel like I can't really contribute, due to my time zone. I suppose the ideal time for me, is when everyone else is in bed. Sometimes on a slow work day, I may be able to get away with 8pm your time onwards.

I work shifts so there's not really a specific day/time that suits it depends if it falls on my weekend off. I do prefer around 5-6pm as thats 10-11pm my time. Sadly I was working this weekend but fingers crossed for next one.
