Not sure if this has been done before but I always like hearing the reasoning or story behind other players names!

I used to play a lot of first person shooters way back before games were really MMO. We'd have LAN parties with friends so that we could all hook up to the internet and play together. 

I was the only girl in the group and being that plus a gamer I always got picked on, lol. When we were all choosing our names they told me I should be Vexation since I was annoying. Hence...Vex.. and Vexation. I even have an LLC named Vexed Solutions!

I've carried this game mostly in FPS and MMO games but wanted to bring it to the HP world. In HL I was Exposure because I loved photography but it didn't carry on to other games.

So, tell me how you picked your name! :)

I will admit it's a bit of a tourist trap now. The seats are tiny and uncomfortable, and the tickets and concessions are outrageously expensive. I don't know how a small family can afford it to be honest 😕  but it's definitely worth the trip to go at least once! I'd love to get to Wrigley and some of the other ball parks at least once in my lifetime as well 😊

Love the whales. Lol. I was Beluga on HL too, back in the day, and went by Luga, Bel, Uga Buga (there was a lovely young lady on HL who called me this and she was awesome and I wish we kept in touch). Before that on HL I was I think Lilla (Lillaven), Sun Gold (because it was a barn I used to ride at), I think Kybelle too (a spinoff of a gorgeous horse I once knew). I'm sure I was a lot of other names on there but the life has made the brain not remember some things.

I think I just picked Beluga because they're my favorite animal. I wanted to be a marine biologist and study them for a while, but then I realized I'm afraid of the ocean when I can't see land. It just stuck and I've thought about a name change, but Beluga just fits! 

For all the places I have been online I have been Britn, Brittn, or Goneer in HL, IE, deviant-art, online forms ect. When I was making my xbox account and creating a tag I hit randomizer and it gave me Absurddino i think, Absurd-something haha! I cant remeber, Im old lol! But I changed it to AbsurdBrit for my name and its just kind of stuck. However that felt too gamerish for here and not as elegant as some of yall's so I changed it to Absurdity xD 

Kayla Gayle was always a pen name. Kayla from Karen, and becaues I liked it, and Gayle because my name was supposed to be Gail. I thought if flowed well together, so the spelling change came about.

On HL, I was Kayla Gayle's Palomino's and Greyhounds or KGPG for short. When I got out of the noobish stage and learned things like the Valentina method and HMF and the such, I decided to take of the end portion. I've been Kayla Gayle or KGPG ever since.

The two previous names i've been known by mostly were: 

Ditz on HL and Plushie on another game called Small Critters. 

Here, my name Abeille is French for "Honey Bee". My real name is Melissa which is Greek for Honey Bee. I am also an Aries, born in April lol. I'll never change it again. I've been here for years, and even though I only come in here once every few months... old timers will always recognise me with this name lol.

In middle school, we had "note names"... so we could write notes and pass them between us friends. Then if they got intercepted by teachers or other kids... no one knew who we were talking about....

So, Lynelle was my note name... and it has started my "L" naming in real life. I have 2 wolf dogs, Luka and Layla, and then a kitten Lyla.

Middle school is when I started doing HL and other games, so Lyn.. lynelle ... it all started with a "note name".

I honestly have no idea why I chose Moorfine....but it has been my one, and only, name since starting on HL WAAAAY back.
