Manip Mastery Overview:

Welcome to the first Manip Mastery Match! This contest is designed for all of our talented artists on HP. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a passionate hobbyist, this contest is your chance to showcase your skills, creativity, and imagination.

How to Participate:

Create Your Entry: Ensure your entry adheres to the theme and the rules outlined below.

Submit Your Entry:

° Upload your final piece to the contest thread as a reply.
° Include a brief description explaining your concept.

Engage with the Community:

Comment on other entries, offer constructive feedback, and engage in discussions. Part of the fun is interacting with fellow artists and learning from each other.

Submission Guidelines:

Entry Requirements:

° Your submission must include at least one horse as the main subject.
° The horse must be transformed according to the theme, through photo manipulation.
° Entries must be original works created specifically for this contest.

Allowed Software and Tools:

° Any photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)

September Theme:

Birds!

Your manip should revolve arounds birds, however you choose to interpret it. Should the horse have wings? Is it simply flying in the sky? Does it nest? Or is it a regular horse with bird colors - perhaps even a pair of horses where the stallion is colorful like a male bird, and the mare is duller? Does it have extra "feathers"? DOES IT HAVE FEATHERS?

The sky is the limit! (Pun intended)

Voting:

The winner will be decided by vote. Things to consider when voting:

° Creativity: How unique and imaginative is your concept? Does it stand out?
° Technical Skill: How well-executed is the manipulation? Are the elements seamlessly blended?
° Theme Adherence: Does the piece effectively capture the essence of this months theme, while maintaining the horse as the focal point?

Rules:

° Originality: All entries must be original and created by the artist specifically for this contest. Plagiarism or the use of uncredited stock images without permission will result in disqualification.
° Submission Limit: Each participant may submit only one entry.
° Conduct: Be respectful towards fellow participants. Any form of harassment, bullying, or negative behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
° Deadline: All entries must be submitted by the 25th of September.

Prizes:

The person who receives the most votes will receive 100 mil HPD and a ribbon stating they're the winner of the months challenge!

Timeline:

° Contest Start Date: 1st of September
° Submission Deadline: 25th of September
° Voting Period: 26th of 30th of September
° Winners Announced: 30th of September

NO! The photo manipulation is yours to keep, sell or throw away as you wish. I do NOT keep the rights of any manipulations you create - this is simply for fun!
