October 2024 ~ Player of the Month!

Love seeing their efforts in Sporting Club!" ...Interview Questions...Anyone who wins P.o.t.M. can answer as many or all of the questions as they want or feel comfortable answering! ~...HP Questions...~ 1. How did you first learn about us? Like many other players, I am a transplant from HS days. I joined HP in early 2010. 2. What is your favorite thing about HP? There are a lot of things that I love about HP, but my favorite would probably be the creativity each player can have. One of my favorite things to do is look at the creativity of other playerās whether its their layouts, animal lined namesā¦etc. 3. How long have you been playing for? Iāve been a member since 2010, but took several breaks between then and 2019. But, Iām back! 4. How did you come up with your player name? When I started out on HP Iām pretty sure I went through several names, until I landed on Flirtatious. One dream I have is to breed my own Warmblood baby in real life. That baby, regardless of gender, will be named Flirtatious as a registered name and Flirty as a barn name. 5. What is your favorite breed of horse or dog to train? My favorite breed of dog to train is the Dachshund. I really loved training Belgian Warmbloods, but alas they are no longer on the game. 6. What caused you to pick the breed(s) you train and breed? I breed Dachshunds because Iāve owned them my whole life. They are the silliest, most stubborn, and loyal breed. I currently am breeding Hanoverians since that is the breed of my current horse. 7. How do you come up with names for your animals? Currently my animals are named after country songs or songs from my favorite country artists. We have lines based on Morgan Wallen songs and Koe Wetzel. 8. What are your current goals on HP? Current goals would be to get my Hanoverians to 2 million points! Whoās your go-to graphic artist or coder? Are there any services you offer? There are so many great artists! I love Aeonās coding. The only service I offer is upgrades. 11. What is your favorite Site-Wide yearly event? Mascot contest. 12. What other contests or activities do you usually participate in? I LOVE the mascot contest! And I try to actively participate in club contests. 13. Do you have any training or breeding tips to share? I personally donāt, and I am always looking for some! 14. Which seasonal layout art is your favorite? Definitely fall! 15. If you could change one thing about HP, what would it be and why? I wish we could have a breed specialty for both horses and dogs on one account. 16. What do you spend most of your time on HP doing? Training! 17. What is your favorite Club? Bookworms Anonymous ~...Real Life & Random Questions...~ 1. Where are you from? I am from Fort Worth, Texas! 2. Does your place of residence have any sort of quirky history fact or legend/tradition, and if so, what is it? Fort Worth hosts the world's only twice-daily cattle drive in the Stockyards National Historic District. 3. What do you do for work? I am a special education teacher. The last three years I worked in the middle school setting. 4. Do you own any horses or dogs? I own one horse named, Tito. I also own two dogs, one pitbull named Zeke and one miniature dachshund named Myrtle. 5. Do you have any other types of pets at home? We have one cat named Lola. 6. What are your favorite breeds of horse and dog? Hanoverians and Dachshunds. 7. Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they? I love riding horses and reading. I recently started crocheting (not very well). 8. Whatās your favorite color? Black! 9. Whatās your favorite Holiday or Month? My favorite holiday is probably Halloween, but Thanksgiving is a close second. My favorite month is November. 10. Do you have a favorite vacation spot? If so, what or where is it? Hawaii will probably always be one of my favorite vacation spots. This is where my husband and I spent our honeymoon. 11. Do you have any special talents? If so, what are they? Definitely not! 12. If you could own any breed of horse, what would it be and why? While I will always love warmbloods, Iāve always wanted to own a Norwegian Fjord. 13. If you could own any breed of dog, what would it be and why? I will always love miniature dachshunds. My dream dog would be a blonde cream miniature dachshund. 14. If you could meet any celebrity, who would it be and why? Stanely Tucci, just such an icon. 15. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why? Hawaii, always. It is beautiful with amazing weather and thereās whales! 16. What would be your dream job? I would love to be a diagnostician in the elementary school setting or a reading specialist. 17. What would be your dream meal of choice? Tacos. I could eat tacos for every single meal. 18. What is the top thing on your Bucket List? Sky diving! 19. What talent do you wish you had? I wish I was able to whistle. 20. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Cake Batter 21. What is something you fear? The Ocean. 22. Whatās the funniest joke you heard recently? I havenāt heard a joke recently, but I heard this from one of my studentās: "What did the horse say after it tripped? Help! Iāve fallen and I canāt giddyup!" 23. What Meme do you currently relate to? (please provide the pic link) Clicky Here! 24. Any good books or comics that youāve read recently? Iām really enjoying āThe Ashes and the Star-Cursed Kingā by Carissa Broadbent. 25. Any good movies or shows youāve seen lately? Twisters! 26. What is your go-to show to stream? (Via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.) Ooo good questions! Iāve been binging one Tree Hill lately and Below Deck. 27. If you could transport yourself to any decade of past history, what would it be and why? Probably colonial times. 28. What is your favorite kind of pizza? I know this is very controversial, but pineapple and pepperoni pizza! 29. If you were an animal, what would you be, and why? Probably a whale. Although I hate the ocean, humpback whales are my favorite animals. 30. What is your favorite recipe/dish/food to make? Enchiladas! ~~~~~~ November's Nominees!
