November & December 2025 ~ Player of the Month!

Love seeing her art skill improve with each graphic!" ...Interview Questions... Anyone who wins P.o.t.M. can answer as many or all of the questions as they want or feel comfortable answering! ~...HP Questions...~ 1. How did you first learn about us? Horseland, ew. Haha! 2. What is your favorite thing about HP? The nostalgia. HP (and HL) offers me a creative outlet as well as access to a wholesome community. As a teen, I remember spending hours upon hours on HP and GIMP making graphics and just enjoying the simplicity of the game. 3. How long have you been playing for? I think since 2012 originally, but I came back full-time in 2025. 4. How did you come up with your player name? I stole it from a book, which should be no surprise, haha! The book was called "Hush, Hush" about fallen angel falling in love with a human girl. One of the locations in the book was Delphic Seaport and the rest is history. 5. What is your favorite breed of horse or dog to train? PIBBLES 6. What caused you to pick the breed(s) you train and breed? I fell in love with bully breeds after having a few different mixed breed dogs IRL that showed me the stereotypes are so wrong. The sweetest dogs I have ever met were bullies. They're loyal and protective, but also very sweet and cuddly little babies. 7. How do you come up with names for your animals? Some are music related, others are generated like my Pegasi names, and some are just completely random. My pibbles are mostly named after the many nicknames I had for Chuck. 8. What are your current goals on HP? I would like to get my APT Embassy more active. 9. Do you have a favorite animal? My favorites are from my Chuck tribute lines. 10. Whoβs your go-to graphic artist or coder? Are there any services you offer? I do graphics and I'm learning coding. Aeon did my wonderful layout that I love so much as well as the Stylesheets for my Tribute lines. I will buy graphics from other players if I really love them, but I mostly make them myself. 11. What is your favorite Site-Wide yearly event? The Easter Egg Hunt 12. What other contests or activities do you usually participate in? I usually participate in the puzzles and word games when I have the time. I am planning to enter mascot 2026! 13. Do you have any training or breeding tips to share? Training tip - Train on Monday or Tuesday. There will be more pages of public shows that way (from what I have noticed). People are still making shows Sundays. 14. Which seasonal layout art is your favorite? Fall! 15. If you could change one thing about HP, what would it be and why? I would love to see more active chatrooms. 16. What do you spend most of your time on HP doing? Training and graphics. 17. What is your favorite Club? Terrier! ~...Real Life & Random Questions...~ 1. Where are you from? Iowa 2. Does your place of residence have any sort of quirky history fact or legend/tradition, and if so, what is it? My house is a historical home from the 1800s. I don't think it has any major lore, but it is cool living in a remodeled ancient home. 3. What do you do for work? I am a full-time English major 4. Do you own any horses or dogs? I have my sweet Princess Nora. She is a mixed breed, but I suspect she is Doberman X Pitbull. Either way, she is a purebred cutie pie. 5. Do you have any other types of pets at home? No. 6. What are your favorite breeds of horse and dog? I have so many! I love AQH as that is what I had as a kid. I also love SEA, TB, DWB, Paints, Appies, and Mustangs. For dogs, it's APT, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Wolves, Corgis, Doberman, and Newfoundland. 7. Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they? I am a bookworm. 8. Whatβs your favorite color? Teal! 9. Whatβs your favorite Holiday or Month? My favorite month is July, but I love Halloween and Christmas. I just had the cold weather we have here in Iowa during those holidays. 10. Do you have a favorite vacation spot? If so, what or where is it? Colorado! 11. Do you have any special talents? If so, what are they? My special talent would probably be writing. I can throw together an essay over 1k words in one hour and get a 100% A grade. 12. If you could own any breed of horse, what would it be and why? Let's pretend Pegasi are real and I would be able to go anywhere independently. I can't drive a car due to disability, so a flying horse would be very handy. 13. If you could own any breed of dog, what would it be and why? I would love to have another American Bulldog or Pibble. 14. If you could meet any celebrity, who would it be and why? Ryan Reynolds because he is freaking beautiful and hilarious. 15. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why? Bring me to The Shire! 16. What would be your dream job? Full-time author, but I will be happy to have any writing job. 17. What would be your dream meal of choice? Steak Fajita Chimichanga. 18. What is the top thing on your Bucket List? Ride a horse again. It has been over a decade :( I just don't have access to horses anymore. 19. What talent do you wish you had? It would be cool if I wasn't so damn socially awkward lol 20. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Strawberry Cheesecake 21. What is something you fear? Snakes 24. Any good books or comics that youβve read recently? Freida McFadden's "The Teacher" 25. Any good movies or shows youβve seen lately? I watch a lot of true crime so pretty much anything to do with that. 26. What is your go-to show to stream? (Via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.) Hulu 28. What is your favorite kind of pizza? Meat lovers or Hawaiian (PINEAPPLE DOES BELONG ON PIZZA) 29. If you were an animal, what would you be, and why? A Twilight werewolf because they're huge and fast 30. What is your favorite recipe/dish/food to make? Tikka masala 31. What tattoos, if any, do you have and why? I have a monkey for my son, the key to my heart for my husband, and an alien that I want to cover up. I do not like it anymore, especially the location. It is on my chest. I plan on covering it with black roses instead. :D    |
