Could I sell the Private Horse and Dog Shows on my 4 basic accounts?

Can I use HP's Layout Generator to Create Layout's to sell (All Credits Given, Of Course)? It says I can on the Layout Generator page, but i'd just like to be sure, so I'm not doing anything wrong or not allowed.
