Listen, most of my suggestions come up when I run into my own problems lol.
Would it be possible to implement a way for the auction seller to still have access to their hosted auctions for an extra day after bidding ends? It gets taken down off the active auctions list, but still shows under the seller's auctions?
Right now, bidding runs right up until the deadline when the auction gets fully canceled (give or take 30 mins to 1 hour sometimes based on the chron? If I remember right). That means if we wanted to give everyone a chance to put in last minute bids, we have to be right on time accepting a bid before cutoff or else the whole thing goes down the drain.
If we take it off the listing at that time but still leave it up for the seller, then that gives us a bit of leeway in case we run into issues where we aren't online right at turnover to accept the bid. The reminder messages are still perfect at doing their job, but I just think this would help a lot.
Of course, if there's an aspect to this that I'm missing that makes this an invalid option, just let me know lol. I just like understanding things :P
