Hi guys, I hope this is the right section for this topic. Sorry if I'm wrong.

 I won 3 graphic auctions last week, and recieved the usual message letting me know that changes would be made and the images sent to me. 

Well the end date for the images to have changes made to them and sent to me was today.

I haven't recieved the images and I believe the auctions for them have been completely closed... however I haven't had the money from the auctions sent back to me.

I've never had this happen before so I don't know how long it takes for the money to be transfered back.

Has this happened to anyone else? 

I'm not really sure what happens now :s

I have had a bug with the graphic auctions, but honestly the changing dates is one I've never experienced.

The only issues I've ever experienced is the auction not being finalized properly, if you send the image it says, "Image sent!" but also says "JPEG/PNG Error. Image too large." and you have to message the player the graphic manually by a link. A LOT of people had (and still have) that issue but you can go around it. 

For money, though, I usually never got payment until the auction was officially finalized (by doing what I said above). So perhaps maybe your auctions are in limbo still, but the original dates are still programmed just not in your messages?

Sorry I don't think I worded that part very well, I meant to say that the modifications (adding text etc) should've been completed and the images sent to me by today. However the player I bought the images from hasn't done so. 

I was just basically wondering what happens now? When my bids were accepted the money was removed from my account (as per usual), but I'm unsure if i'm supposed to recieve the money back now?

In that case - It sounds to me like they finalized the auction (which removed the money from your account) in payment, but did not deliver the graphics to you. Now, this is perhaps a new player or someone who did not remember you manually send graphics but in either case. This is a fault of the seller. 

So, therefore, this is something that only an Admin/Mod can assist you with. They will give the player a fine/warning for not holding their end of the bargain (if that's the true cause, which it sounds like) and refund you the money manually that way.

I recieved a message to let me know that the auction had 'failed', I've recieved my money back and the player has been fined. 

I think Equ already answered, but just to reiterate:

If someone doesn't complete an auction in the required time it'll fail, send you a message, and you'll get your money back :). If they DO finalize you'll also get a message for that containing your image. Although some people attach small thumbnails to the finalizing one if the final image is large, and then send the link to that separately.
