How Did You Get Your Name?

Everyone on HP always has unique names, how did you come up with yours? Mine is just my actual name, haha. |

"Adranth" comes from when I role played. Dragon Riders of Pern, to be exact. First and only gold dragon I ever impressed on a DRoP role play. You know, if you know what that is. |

After a while playing HL, I dedicated myself to breeds like Lusitano, Andalusion, Warlander and those baroque/iberian type war horses... The name Bellicus is from the word "Bellicose" which means aggressive and ready for war, which went perfect with my horses. It was also when my graphics took off, and players started to actually know me quite well, so I kept it, and I never plan on changing it!There is another inactive Bellicus on HP... apple bottom jeans? hahah |

Well, back in 2005 when I played HL, I had a major obsession with African Wild Dogs...like MAJOR obsession.First letter of each word = awdI pronounce 'awd' as 'odd'. And honestly I'm an odd person, so it fits!Which surprises most people because they think it stands for "all wheel drive" |

I had mine way back in the ole HL days. I wanted a new name and someone came up with it for me. Ever since then I've used this name for SIM games. (: It's unique and no one has it, haha. xD ♥ #GirlMom |

I've been shaenne since 2006It was just a random on-the-spot thing. Me and my best guy friend at the time did this thing where you each think of a word or whatever pops into your head at the time, put them together and that would be the name of your personal perfume/cologne.I said shaenne and he said obsession.I've been shaenne on pretty much every website ever since |

Well, 'Utakata' is a fairly new one for me (beforehand I was 'karma' for a good 5 years, which originally started off as the name of an RP character). Essentially, I chose it because I like it's meaning (simultaneously means 'ephemeral/transient' and 'scum/sea foam'). It's also tattooed on the nape of my neck in hiragana, and is the name of the first song that I listened to of a band of which I am rather fond.

I don't even know why I picked Denim back in the old days of HL.. Honestly, I don't even LIKE my name but I only realized after branding all my HP horses on here, too late now xD |

I picked octane, because I ride American Saddlebreds and one of the prettiest (I think) American Saddlebred studs is named Winsdown Hi Octane.  |

I was Icy Arabians on HL awhile back. I am going to keep that name on another account here. But it did not fit for a Friesian Farm lol. I like to pick a name that I would actually call a real life farm. I was Misty Mouse when I first signed up to HL. That is the name of my RL pomeranian. |

Sarbnitrof is actually a Shakespeare character name spelled backwords. I typically use Fortinbra for other online games. It's the same character, only a slight misspelling, missing the "s" on the end.It comes from Hamlet, King Fortinbras died before the events of the play unfold. |

Mine's just a shortened version of Muffliato which I had previously used on HL. No doubt many of you know it is a spell from my biggest obsession: Harry Potter. |

Legaat was the name of an dutch warmblood gelding I used to ride. It's unique and I haven't seen any else use it, soooo....Legaat it is, then! :P |

My name comes from the Mayan calandar. Cimi or Kimi, means death. It's the day I was born on accordning to the calendar. Now the meaning of it isnt as bad as it appears :) It's actually a good day. I have always been very interested in native americans and precolumbian, and I wanted something special. Back on HL I was known under my real name, Thess.  |

Onca comes from the latin, Panthera Onca, which means Jaguar. On HL I originally was was P.uma, but then someone else started using that name too which made me mad . So I changed it. :P I love big cats - I'm a crazy cat lady, so that's why I chose those names in the first place. |
