Hello all!

I thought I would reach out and see what others did for quick and easy meal prep ideas. I struggle with meal ideas, prep, and planning and am in need of some ideas for something on-the-go and to squeeze into 30minute lunch break allotments. Anything goes as far as menu choices. I just need something nutritious and some variety. Brainstorming help is always a great asset and I am needing more and more help with it, lately. Protein shakes can only get me so far.... lol

And, go! (And thank you so much!!!!)

I like to use my crockpot - it'd be easy to make stuff when you have time and then heat it up. If you google "chicken recipes for crock pot" you can find a huge variety (or whatever meat you wanted). One reason I love the crockpot is generally you just dump ingredients in and then come back to it later, so it's easy.

I always find if i'm starving I'll make a pasta dish because you can make it in about 15 mins.. If i'm weak with hunger an omelette because it's about 5 mins
