Wow, another week down and a massive round of applause for all my fellow competitors. This week the Hot Bunch and I have been really focussing on training, getting down to the nitty gritty and getting those points on board. Amph and I end the week pretty exhausted, but we are always ready to start fresh on Sunday and tackle the week ahead. Speaking of Amph, I must do a special shout out to my lovely lady because without her by my side none of this would be possible.

In other news, this week The Hot Bunch and I entered the Mascot Costume Contest with an amazing fireman’s outfit, created by the talented Subrosa, and I have it on good authority The Hot Bunch kicked butt with the Mascot Name Scramble. We also launched our second competition, a word find, and I am delighted to announce that the winner is Jaya, well done! The Hot Bunch will send over your prize, five million HPD, straight after this special announcement.

Last but by no means least, the second of The Hot Bunches epic competitions was launched with Too Hot To Handle’s Ninja Warrior. Contestants will compete to earn some amazing prizes, which include HPD, Upgrades and Private Shows.

And to continue with tradition, Amph and I would like to make some shout outs to our fellow competitors this week who have done exceptional well over the last week.

Our first shout out of the week is Quinam Z, owned and trained by Kyuubi, featuring an epic picture done by the uber talented Amberellie. Quinam Z has continued to wow the tickets/shows category with his amazing point gain, and I have it on good authority that one of The Hot Bunch really likes Dutchies!

Sizing up the competition and moving into first place, is Bad Dog!, owned and trained by Blitz, our fearless leader. Another entry with a gorgeous pic by Amberellie, Bad Dog! is certainly one to watch. I hope sometimes Blitz tells him he’s a good boy, because nobody wants to be a bad dog!

Rounding out this weeks shoutouts is Wrangler, a Quarter Horse Stallion owned and trained by Rain Maker Farms. With an impressive amount of points and an epic Arizona style picture, I have a feeling that Wrangler may be one to watch!

Task two: Create a haiku using the word "flames"

Tonight, I thought I would share with you the amazing doggy friendly birthday cake that I made for my good friend Taco last year. You might wanna get your human to help you, it involves using a food processor and the oven, both of which aren’t easy to use with our paws!

So we prefer to make two eight inch round cakes to sandwich together as the risers used in peoples cakes can upset our tummies. Make sure to preheat the oven to 350F/180C before you start.  So first of,  you wanna mix the following ingredients together to create the cake.

2 eggs

130grams of dog friendly peanut butter (Xylitol free)

120ml of Vegetable Oil

160g Honey

120g Grated Carrot

240g Wholemeal Flour (super important to use wholemeal, you don’t wanna upset our sensitive tums)

Once you have a nice smooth mix, pop it into a 8 inch round cake tin and pop it in the oven for 20-25minutes until the center is firm.

When the cake has cooled, now you can start on my favourite part, the icing! In a bowl, mix together the following ingredients:

50g Cream Cheese

10g Honey

You can also mix in the following extras: Bacon Bits, Grated Carrot, crushed dog treats/biscuits.

When I am making it for my best boy Taco, I like to decorate the outside with doggy bones. I also used grated carrot to spell out his name so he knew it was just for him!

I have it on good authority that this is one of Mame's favourite ways to kill time.
